At DNh Phu Quoc, the check-in time is 2 PM and the check-out time is 12 PM. Depending on the room availability, we can offer COMPLIMENTARY early check-in service. In addition, we offer free luggage storage service upon request.
Depending on room availability and your situation, there can be an extra charge for late check-out according to our policy. Late check-out from 12:00 to 17:00 will incur a 50% of the room charge and 100% room charge after 17:00.
Most of the time. WHY? Because our solar-powered water heater may take longer to warm up on rainy or cloudy days or night times. So during your stay, if the water isn’t hot, please wait 5–10 minutes and check again. For your convenience, 2 backup electric-heated showers are available in the lobby restrooms at DNh Phu Quoc - Bai Dai.

The Bai Dai property is equipped with a lift, ensuring convenient access to all floors for guests who require it.
However, at the Shanghai Town location, there is no elevator available; access to upper levels is provided solely by stairs.
